- If the annual subscription to the plug-in 3D Web Player is not renewed at the expiration date, the projects will be kept saved for 6 months, but they will no longer be publicly visible
- When the maximum number of 10 projects has been reached, it is possible to delete one or more projects from the 3D Web Player to be able to upload other projects (they will no longer be publicly visible)
- When projects are very complex with many rooms and elements, it is possible that the upload of the 3D scene is not successful, in particular when you use a smartphone
